Patricia Champagne grew up in Luling, Louisiana, a small, friendly community where she attended Hahnville High School. After graduation she continued her education at the University of New Orleans where she earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Management, graduating in 1995.
Champagne’s career began with accounting positions at the famous New Orleans Commander’s Palace Restaurant, McDermott International and Dow Chemical (previously Union Carbide). She joined the Durr Heavy Construction team in 1997 as an Accountant. Since 1998, Champagne has been actively involved with the Construction Financial Management Association and currently is a Board Member.
Champagne has been married to her husband, Dave, for 26 years and is a proud mother to Matthew. Her hobbies include exercising, watching baseball, and serving her community as a CCD teacher/Religious Educator since 2012.
