Scope of Work:

Storm drainage, soil cement, concrete curb and gutters, concrete truckwells and asphalt paving were only a few of the items Durr undertook on this new development.

The largest phase of this project included over 142,000 cubic yards of onsite earth moving and import fill operations required to raise the site elevation to accommodate more than 8 acres of parking lots and driveways. The continual delays caused by inclement weather and the required coordination amongst multiple contractors onsite proved to be the most challenging aspects of this project.
